    What can Hypnosis do for us?

    Hypnosis will often times accomplish three things for us:
    • Help us change our thought patterns from ones that don’t serve us to ones that do
    • Help us identify (make aware) of the pattern going on within us and allow us to have a different emotional response to that pattern – in other words, dissociate the negative emotion because of the thought pattern. This allows us to keep the thought, but have a different response to it.
    • Help us develop more positive thought patterns or supportive thought patterns to build more confidence, remove bad habits and achieve our goals
