After reading this guide book, do you have the urge to practice some self-hypnosis? Are you interested in understanding how athletes use hypnosis to achieve goals that may be impossible to many….How people motivate themselves to do better and get better…..
Remember, failures and setbacks are a part of our life. If we are not failing or experiencing some difficulty some might even say we are not really living our lives to the fullest…
Whether it is stress or a heartbreak…We don’t have to let these issues run our life…These are normal/natural events of living life. Having the tools to deal with them, just help us shorten the recovery time and allow us to bounce back from it all faster and may be even stronger…..
Is there something you are dealing with that is just overwhelming your life?
And if you do have something you think you need help with, ask yourself are you willing to do the work?
The success of Hypnosis is not just based on a amazing practitioner, but also on your willingness of explore with them, to answer questions as they come up and to be open to the work needed to get to that end goal. You could go into a session just to say (check it off the list) and say you tried it and not really be open or do the work, or you can actually give it a go!
Does everyone respond to hypnosis the same way?
No….Everyone responds differently to Hypnosis and the same person may respond differently depending on what issue they are dealing with or trying to resolve. The success of Hypnosis or the impact from it is not just based on a person, its also based on what issue they are dealing with and which practitioner they are working with and how badly they want the change (openness or willingness). Most hypnotists will tell you, there usually is some positive impact in every hypnosis session whether the person is consciously aware of it or not, but the degree of impact and time of impact can vary.
Is improvement or change from hypnosis immediate?
Changing of a pattern can infact occur in a moment, but many times a practitioner discovers not a single issue but layers of issues to really get to the bottom of problem. This means that while improvement is imminent, it might take more that one session to see the full extent of results.
