This is a 4 week series limited to 6 people and includes one 90 minute Private Session with Wendy.
Years of stress and repetitive movement patterns can lead to chronic muscular tension, pain, and injury. In this series you will become aware of the movement patterns that are causing pain in your body. You will learn how to resolve these movement patterns and pain and learn new ones to help you out of the injury/pain cycle. Invest in practices you will have for a lifetime to keep you moving without pain in your body!
