With my services and educational classes, my goal is to help new parents raise the healthiest child possible, and also empower them with the knowledge to make healthy choices so their children can reach their full potential.
I have a family practice and love to take care of people of all ages from grandma and grandpa to infants to child athletes and adults. I love to see little ones and know the importance of correcting spinal problems for them, which in many cases, can happen as early as the birth process. The most complete childcare starts in a mother's womb, so I also work with expecting mothers on a regular basis.

I started my practice in Duluth, Minnesota and ran it for over three years. While my wife Cyndi and I enjoyed the beauty of the North Shore and all the wonderful people we met while living in Duluth, we loved the idea of returning to the Twin Cities and also be closer to our family. Cyndi and I have three children, Grace, Hannah and Isaiah; we reside in Plymouth and attend Grace Church in Eden Prairie. Thank you for reading and I look forward to meeting with you!
Through the Webster Technique, a specific chiropractic adjustment is applied to reduce intrauterine constraint which would otherwise interfere with normal movement of the baby. Previously known as the breech turning technique, this adjustment allows the baby to turn to the proper positioning for birth.
Chiropractic Care in Children
Address Spinal misalignments in babies and children
A major component to health is the communication between your child’s brain and body. This vital link controls the growth, repair and function of every tissue, gland & organ. The spinal cord sends messages from the brain throughout the body via billions of nerves. Interference (nerve pressure/irritation) places the body in a state of disharmony. This leads to decreased immune function & sickness.
Chiropractic Baby Care (Well Baby Check-up)
Examining infants to determine if any spinal problems exist
If any problems are detected, the correction is a very gentle process, much like the light touch of a finger. In addition to the spinal check-up, well-baby visits include parent education in not only looking for signs of spinal problems, but also helpful advice to provide their child with the greatest opportunity for a life of health, strength and vitality.
The Gonstead System is unique because it is thorough, complete and specific in both analyzing and adjusting the spine. The Gonstead Practitioner addresses your entire spine when evaluating for the presence of vertebral subluxations (spinal misalignments producing nerve interference or irritation) which produces ill health.
