Emily graduated from CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy school in 2013 from the East West Program, where she learned both western based massage therapy and shiatsu skills. Throughout the past six years, she has worked in many different settings including chiropractor clinics, spas, wellness centers, high end hotels, Pilates studios, and physical therapy centers. Emily specializes in deep tissue and sports massage, as her main clientele has become college and pro athletes. In addition to her background in massage therapy, Emily recently graduated from Polestar Pilates Program in the winter of 2018. She has developed a strong love for teaching Pilates and cultivating a new way of approaching her work with the human body. Emily is excited to join the JADA team and looks forward to learning from the community!
